FERC Petition

Fellow Marylanders:

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approved a ruling that would force Maryland and Delaware to bear nearly 90 percent of the cost of upgrades for the nuclear power plant on Artificial Island while New Jersey would experience most of the benefits from the upgrades. This cost allocation is unjust, unfair, and will hurt working families and small businesses the most.

Please sign this petition if you disapprove of the unjust cost allocation of this regional energy transmission project. Governor Larry Hogan is urging the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to reconsider the ruling and we will make sure your voice is heard.
